For our project we had a vision and a imagination.
Vision:
Our vision is to show the production of our finished products and food that we buy in the stores. For this we decided to make a collaboration with a group from Germany or India to show how it is done in their country and what they pay attention to. In addition, Nicola and I will do a small project where we will both completely abstain from industrially produced sugar for at least 1 week and then evaluate our results and experiences.
Imagination:
Our idea is that we can get people to educate themselves on how to control their sugar and general food consumption, as it is a very exciting and extremely important topic especially in our society.

Vision:
Our vision is to determine the water scarcity of Switzerland and other countries through research and a survey. The difference is illustrated by a graph.
Imagination:
We hope that our project will generate emotions in other students and that they will take the issue to heart. We would be happy if the readers of our project are inspired to join an organisation that deals with the issue.
I hope that I can show with this project if it would be economically and ecologically beneficial to switch to an electric car.
The many repair costs, road taxes, service intervals and the high gasoline prices make driving an expensive "fun". I think with an electric car you will be noticeably cheaper on the road today even though the purchase price is high.
But I can't say if the electric car is really more ecological. I think it is extremely depending on the duration of use and the place where you use it (in which country).

How will you build a collaboration team across borders & cultures? With whom?
We would like to create a collaboration team on the topic sugar.
We would like to reach people in Germany, so that they can do a self-experiment with us how to life without sugar. Aswell, we would like to do a survey about the topic sugar.

Food waste has far-reaching and unnecessary consequences for animals, humans and our planet.
"In rich countries
7% of income is spent on
income on food, of which 30% ends up in waste."
"In developing countries
70% of income is spent on food, of which
3% ends up in waste."

- Food waste increase the issue of global food security because it increases the demand for food.
- The production of food requires large amounts of resources such as water, energy and soil, and pollutes the environment with exhaust fumes and chemicals.
exhaust fumes = Abgase
important and easy step to do something personally against foodwaste:
- Buy according to shopping list and only as much as you need

In the following we answered the questions and drew the steps how to start. We chose to not draw a Mindmaps but the different steps.
1. What do we need?
2. What are the important questions?
3. What are the advantages of an international collaboration project?
4. What difficulties could arise?
5. What are the chances?
6. How can you get connected and involved?
6. How can you become a team? More...
