For audio files like .mp3 or .m4a

1. Give your audio a short meaningful name
2. Go to the file manager and upload your audio file to the folder "media"
3. Click on the uploaded audio file you want to insert into your post and the direct link will be inserted:
   e.g. Heatpump-project.m4a (479.28 kb)
   

    

   Nicer version, optional:
   a) click on the inserted example link above and get the full link to your audio file
   b) open insert/edit video (see icon for "insert/edit video" above) and paste your full link into the "Source" field. Click ok and close the window, save and check it out
   =>Tip: Change dimensions to 300 x 50
